Pre-Shipment Inspection
AQL sampling to ISO 2859-1, defect classification, packaging & label checks, PASS / FAIL / PENDING with evidence.
Sourcing & First-Order Management
3–5 vetted factories, transparent quotation comparison, sampling coordination, production follow-up, final inspection.

Why buyers switch to us
The China sourcing market has a structural conflict of interest: most agents earn a hidden commission from the factory, so their incentive is a higher unit price — not a better supplier. We removed that conflict entirely.

How it works
- Consultation (30 min, $60 — credited toward your first project). We clarify your product, volumes, target price and risk tolerance. You leave with an action plan even if you never hire us.
- Verification / Audit. We check the legal entity, ownership and export capability, then go on site when needed. You get a scored report with photos.
- Sourcing or order set-up. We approach multiple factories, obtain quotes on the same specification, and present a transparent comparison — including the cost differences and why they exist.
- Inspection & release. AQL-based inspection before shipment, with a clear PASS / FAIL / PENDING decision and the evidence behind it.
- Follow-up. If something fails, we run the root-cause process with the factory (8D), and support your claim.
